Hey popcorns 🍿
You guys have no idea how much I procrastinated about writing this post! I was like ‘I’m going to post this on May 1st like the super organised human being I am’ and then bam it just didn’t happen! 😂 But May 2nd? Can’t argue with that!
I have so many awards queueing up guys, I have drafted one but I will get to posting them, I also want to give you guys some general content as well! 💕
Jumping straight into this as Per usual ☺️

Ah, online school. The woes that sometimes weigh out the pros 😂 I also procrastinated about writing a ‘PROs and CONs of Online School’ but look how that went! Anyways online school is going really well, I’m getting the work done and appreciating the perks like: catching up on my sleep (not having to wake up at 7 😂), looking after myself more, enjoying my days more, listening to music while I work! 🎵 + many more! I can’t wait to go back to school, but I don’t hate online school either as I’m very introverted (hard to believe, huh?) so I don’t miss the whole being around people allllllll the time part 😆
April was so good!! So many new habits, so many workouts and running and just really treating my body like a temple 😂 I generally am so into looking after myself at the moment, and I love it! There were lows to April, QD hit a few of the days and left me feeling pretty damn rubbish, but the highs were so great! 💕 This header is so vague, sometimes I’m not evensure what to put here 😂
Running! I love it! This morning (it’s a Saturday, yes I know I am crazy 😂) I went for a run at 7am and the streets were just empty and the sun was rising and it was just one of those moments that are just it of this world, you know? You come to like the burn of it when you push your body, honestly I’m now an active potato! 😂
Favourite quote (there will be a quote for each month obviously 😂) and I just generally agree with this? If you go into it with a negative mindset you’ll have a negative outcome. Your choices make your life, and this quote just puts all of that into five words! 💕
Self care!! 💕 It’s so important to just look after yourself and keep yourself happy. It’s not selfish, it’s living your best life! I’m trying to really treat my body and mind healthily and the way it deserves and I deserve 💗
Baking and cooking! I absolutely love baking/cooking, I just think it’s so de-stressing and fun! 😊 I’ve made healthy flapjacks, sugar free banana and walnut muffins, waffles, sweet ‘n’ sour chicken, kiwi sorbet and strawberry & blueberry sorbet! 💕 I have been very busy 😂 Hoping to make blueberry muffins this month, so wish me luck 💗
This app called Forest is amazing! It helps me stay focused and off my phone, and it helps save the rainforest! It really is a win win. I recommend getting it as it is hard to explain how it works 😂

– My Favourite Post To Write –
This was my favourite post because it was my first post that I wrote after my 8 month un-planned hiatus 💕
Basically my OWLs recap! So I passed, YAY! 😊 *pops confetti* 🎉 It was a great experience and really has got me back into reading again, this meant I read 4 books in May and managed to update my Goodreads, not bad at all considering everything! 😅
I also finished Pride and Prejudice, it was pretty good I guess?! It’s one of those books where you should read it but like it’s not amazing you know 😂
Now here are some S&S review to get your teeth into! 😊
Wow that sounded way better in my head…
Loved this! Holly Bourne is one of my favourite authors, and this book was just ahh I’ve read better, and I’ve read worse! The romance was fast burning and there were plot holes, but this story had me sobbing then over the moon and ahh it was honestly an emotional rollercoaster, but I loved it all the same!! 💕
I enjoyed this book so much! It had like all the genres mixed into one cauldron and it was one heck of a read! The concept was brilliant, I really developed relationships with the characters over time and I got some Hunger Games vibes in it?? 😂
Just me? Okay.
History Of Magic (Aurologist)
Tell me if this is cheating but this is a collection of stories sooo I read one of those stories that was 50 pages long, and I think it counts! 😂 Honestly it was a major let down and boring. I’ll finish it, but there will definitely be a negative review on Goodreads 😆
Arithmancy (Magical Shop Management)
AMAZING! Truly, you are all probably thinking it sounds boring as heck but I read it in three days. Honestly, I loved it so much! The first part is all about his childhood and leads up to him being stranded on the boat, and then the rest is all about his survival but I just generally LOVED this and am so glad I read something that wasn’t contemporary/YA/romance 😂 The whole plot is just- ah no words come close.
