Hi guys! 😊 I’ve gone a bit off-plan and decided I to do ‘Things I Do To Relax 😴’ instead of ‘The Bestest Parts of Blogging! 😊’ which I will do another time. I’m super happy as ‘My Dream Jobs’ post was a big success with 6 likes! 😊⭐️ Thank you! 🙂Todays post is going to be about what I do to relax when I’m stressed out with schoolwork 📒 and other stressful things 😩
Face masks are really relaxing, I can totally recommend them! I recommend the sheet masks because sometimes peel-off can feel a bit gross and weird because you can’t move your face 😂 Hopefully, I can do a post about my favourite face masks! 😊 Smooth on a face mask, slap on some cucumbers 🥒 , pop on some relaxing music 🎵 and sit back and relax!
For all those book lovers out there, I’m sure you totally get what I mean! 📖 This is definitely one of the best methods to relax 😁 It makes your brain stop thinking about everything and just… chill out! 😌
Taking a Bath!
Grab some bubble bath and you’re ready to go! I find that if you’re really struggling you can do some meditating in the bath, it’s not for everyone but it works for me 😁
Now, when I say watch TV I don’t mean watch straight for about 4 hours, just watch a couple of episodes of your favourite programme and you’ll definitely feel a lot better! 😊 It’s not binge watching is bad, I do it, just after you’ve done it you can feel like tired and you might get stressed out because you’ve run out of time ⌛️ to finish your homework or write an essay 📝
Chat to your friends!
Chatting to your friends (especially your bestie) is a really good when you’re feeling stressed out. They can make you laugh and smile, I know my bestie does! 😊 You can talk to them about what is stressing you out and they can help or give you some advice 😁
